Refund Policy – Print8Gifts

At Print8Gifts, every product is custom-made based on your photos, designs, and personalization details. Because personalized items cannot be resold, our refund policy works differently from standard retail stores.

We ensure every order is printed with care and delivered with quality. However, refunds are issued only under valid conditions, outlined below.

✔ Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund only if:

1. You received a damaged or defective product

  • Broken, cracked, scratched, or bent item

  • Printing is smudged, blurred, faded, or misaligned

2. Product received is different from what you ordered

  • Wrong design

  • Wrong size/product/color

  • Wrong photo printed

3. Order was cancelled before printing started

If your order has not entered the printing stage, we can issue a full refund.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Customer uploaded low-quality or blurry images

  • Customer made a spelling error in the personalized text

  • Customer selected the wrong design or color

  • Customer wants to change the design after printing

  • Color variations due to display differences

  • Delay caused by courier or external factors (weather, strikes, holidays, etc.)

Since each gift is printed uniquely, refunds are not possible for customer-input errors.

📌 Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos/videos showing the issue

  • A short explanation of the problem

Our team will verify the issue and process the refund accordingly.

💰 Refund Method

Depending on the issue, your refund may be issued as:

  • Full refund to your original payment method

  • Store credit for future purchases

  • Free replacement (preferred option for defective items)

Refunds typically take 3–7 business days after approval.

🚚 Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is from our side → Shipping is free

  • If the mistake is due to customer error → Refund will not be provided
